Sarah Hall, MSW, LCSW
Sarah is an understanding and empathetic therapist who will meet you where you are. Sarah specializes in ADHD, LGBTQIA+, mood disorders, life changes and grief. Sarah believes in structured evidence based practices and utilizes Reality therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These practices are a way to find solutions to overwhelming struggles experienced in day-to-day living.
Sarah received her Bachelors of Social Work degree from Lock Haven University and her Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University of New Jersey in 2014. Sarah started her career working in Geriatric psych while living in Pittsburgh and continues to hold a special place in her heart for the elderly. Sarah earned her clinical license in 2025.
Sarah wants to build a relationship with you based on trust to navigate these stressors together. There is no need to walk this walk alone.
